Cylindrical thread rolling die is a mould of processing external thread. Cylindrical thread rolling dies are all made of three kinds of materials i.e. Cr12MoV, DC53, and high speed tool steel(SKH9). Threads are produced by rolling or grinding. Their precision class is 2, which suits to produce screws with precision class 4-6. Cylindrical thread rolling dies with precision class 1 can also be customized.
